When will it stop?
This poor little girl. So yesterday morning's swelling was nothing. It's even worse today! Natalie wasn't wanting to take her medicine when she woke up so I took her to the mirror so she could see why she needed to take it. She looked in the mirror for a few seconds and then said "mom, my eye is broken!" I assured her is wasn't, but I'm not sure she was convinced. So, when is this swelling supposed to stop? Anyone??

Oh that is so sad! Poor Natalie! I hope she gets on the mend soon!!
oh man thats so sad, those dang dogs!! It almost looks infected at how red it is.. hopefully in a few days it will go down.
Holy cow!! I didn't check your blog until yesterday before going to work. Cherie, that looks like it's really infected...if I were you, I'd check with the doc, if it's not better by now. Hopefully the swelling will go down soon. Poor Natalie:( The bright side...maybe now she won't want to get a dog so badly.
So sad! You'd think that having been the other person in the family who has been bit by a dog that I might actually know something about it (well... I actually know a LOT about rabies shots!) - I'd get the medical people in the family's advice. Probably doesn't hurt to check with the doctor to make sure that the redness and swelling is normal.
Speaking of infection... did they give her an antibiotic at the hospital? If I remember correctly, I think that I was given an antibiotic when I was bit just as a precaution. (In addition to my tetnaus booster, but she's probably set with that since she's so young and close to the age of her initial tetnaus shots).

I can't believe it Cherie poor little girl. Tyler told me what happened as well I feel so bad for her! I hope it heals soon it looks so painful for her. Give her a kiss and hug from Tyler and I. We will pray that it heals quickly and with no scarring. =) Let us know if you need anything.
Poor little thing! That looks like it hurt! The bite is looking a lot better in the Disneyland pictures though! I love Disneyland! I'm glad you guys had such a great time!
